Cancellation Policy:

* If a request for a refund is received by Midnight Sunday, August20, 2017 (registrant's time zone,) a refund less a 20% of registration fee as administrative fee, may be authorized.

* After Midnight Sunday, August 20, 2017 (registrant's time zone), no refund for cancellation will be authorized, only substitutions. 

* Additional bank handling fee will be borne by delegates for the refund.

Intention to photograph/record
Delegates and others are advised that photographs and recordings will be taken during the Conference and may be reproduced for promotional purposes.

Registration cancellation policy
The Conference Organizers reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel all or any of the arrangements contained in the program. It is a condition of acceptance of registration that an administration fee of $100.00 will be charged for cancellation.
All cancellations or alterations must be notified in writing to the Conference at least 30 working days prior to the event and will incur an administration fee of $100.00. Any cancellation after August 27, 2017 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee. A replacement may be nominated, if the replacement is not a member, the non-member registration fee will apply.

Conference Organizers cannot accept responsibility for delegates’ late transport arrivals or non arrivals due to delays

Transfer policy
Any transfer of a registration to another individual will incur a $100 admin fee (incl. tax). All transfer of registration must be notified in writing to the Congress Organizers: prior to September 20, 2017. No transfers are allowed after September 20, 2017, and will be deemed as a cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy.

Social events cancellation policy
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to cancel or vary optional activities if minimum numbers are not reached.
Regrettably, optional social events and additional ticket cancellations cannot be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event.
